Game stuck in "loading" every time maps rotate
I have this issue since about 5-6 weeks ago. after a patch.
every time a map rotates or the first time I play a match after starting the game
the match wont start, instead of "matchmaking" it will show "loading" but will never start.
I have to manually click cancel, then ready few times, until it finally go to matchmaking. it can take between 3-5 minutes of doing this till loads.
otherwise it will just show "loading" forever or randomly stops, could be after few minutes or sometimes 30 secs or so,
This is very very very annoying and disrupting. in arena it's the worse, since maps rotate often.
Important to say after the first time the next matches in this map will be normal, will instantly go to matchmaking, so it's not just "long queue" or whatever. this only happens first match or after rotation.

There are a few potential resolutions for this.
- If you're using an Nvidia graphics card, try updating the drivers using the Express method. Then, launch the game from the GeForce Experience.
- Update your CPU drivers with the instructions here.
- It's possible this is related to Windows Defender. These instructions may help.
- This could also be related to EasyAntiCheat. Take a look at this fix that worked for another player.
