I have no idea how to prove my innocence.

I was banned after getting one kill and then being eliminated in a ranked match. EA's official personal data flagged it as a "competitive advantage," but I can't see any advantage at all. I suspect my account may have been hacked because the IP address shown in the official data had changed. I immediately contacted customer support and changed my password. However, when I submitted an appeal email with the EA official data attached, I still couldn't prove my innocence. I didn't exploit any bugs or insult anyone. My performance the day before was quite average, but I'm not sure if it's because I performed poorly in the match, scoring only 300-500, that I was labeled as having an advantage. This is ridiculous.

Hello, I have attempted to contact the TOS team via email three times already. I used the data downloaded from the EA official website, but it still failed to convince the TOS team. After studying the user agreement, I found that apart from the abnormal IP login that was not done by me, I did not violate any rules. My account was banned, and I am unable to retrieve the stats from my most recent match to prove my innocence. However, I do remember my last match—I was using Lifeline on Broken Moon, equipped with a Triple Take at Atmosphere Station. I only got one kill and was eliminated by a second squad. My damage was between 300 and 500. I did not exploit any bugs or use any unfair methods. I am genuinely confused. If the personal data downloaded from the EA website cannot prove my innocence, is there any other way to validate my account?

My stolen account has already had its password changed through customer service, but the game ban cannot be recognized by the TOS team. If possible, I kindly ask for your help in reaching out to the team. I really don’t know what to do. I don’t want to give up on a game that has accompanied me for four or five years; otherwise, I wouldn’t keep seeking help.

Debiiro_ff I'm afraid I won't be able to reach out to the team on your behalf, and if you had already contacted the EA TOS Team 3 times and were told to, "not expect anything further", then sadly that does mean that the ban will be upheld.

Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn.

Is there really no other way to resolve this wrongful ban?

Isn't this too cruel for a truly innocent player?
