Gameplay Settings resetting every time I reopen Apex

Title says it all. I recently turned off Auto-Sprint, but the next time I played the game I noticed Auto-Sprint had turned itself back on. I tried adjusting some other gameplay settings (like crosshair damage feedback, etc), and when I closed and reopened Apex, they had returned to the settings I had before I changed them. What can I do so that I don't have to change my gameplay settings every time I open the game?
