Game's installation path have case-senstivity enabled.
I tried using the command prompt to make the game directory case insensitive but when I start the game, it still shows this error.

yep I solved it
Run with administrator privileges in cmd or powershell:
fsutil file setCaseSensitiveInfo (ur apex File Path) enable
then
Set for this path, and all subsequent files and folders created under this path will be case sensitive
and thats how i solve it
