I've recently switched from ps4 to PC and want to gift some of the coming collection to my PC account. I only recently friended my PC account and played a couple of games with it. But when I look at the gifting list my PC account didn't come up. I understand that friends have to be in 'good standing' but don't know how to get into that list. I have friends which I've only played around 1 or 2 games with and they are in that gifting list.

Hello @Arrrrryan666, there is a couple of requirements for this, one of which is that you have to have been friends for two weeks before you can give someone gifts. there is a couple of requirements for this, one of which is that you have to have been friends for two weeks before you can give someone gifts. As you said that you've only recently switched, I assume that it's been less than two weeks.

what if you have been friends with someoen for longer than 2 months and you still wont be able to send them gifts. would it be something regarding region because they are in new zealand and i am in australia.

did you read through the rules and requirements, and do both of you fulfil them? The gifting system is not region locked. What platforms are you and your friend playing on? Is it just happening with one friend?

I came from xbox to pc and ive been friends with my bro for over 2 weeks and he doesnt see my username when he tries to gift me things

the problem is not on his end. i can't even gift; when i try it brings up the requirements to be allowed to gift, witch i have completed multiple times and, im guessing, it either hasn't updated or is bugged for me

the same thing is happening to me and i’m trying to gift my friend the war machine pathfinder skin for his birthday. i have met all the requirements. whoever i click gift it just says no friends found.

Hello everyone,

are you friends with the people you are trying to gift to on any platforms before you were friends in Apex? If so, I suggest unfriending on Apex and on the platform, then going into Apex, befriending them there first and then re-befriending them on the platform. You will have to wait to see if this worked, as you have to be friends in Apex for 2 weeks as per the requirements, but this has worked for some people in previous cases.
