Going AFK in arena to get daily challenges, Respawn's too stupid to fix it

So sometimes i only get one teammate in arena, other times i get two but then one of them would just go afk and do nothing the entire match. probably to fulfill the daily challenge of playing X number of matches.  Of course since Respawn can't properly do a penalty system, there's nothing to stop these players from going afk.  or even quitting after losing one round.

arenas are boring as hell. please stop forcing them on us.
