Got Banned For No Reason Opened the GameFirst Time

First timw logged in and went to fire range and training when i was done i went in to ranked and got banned for nothing then I opened the ticket for it there was no feedback there was no mail for my issue. If there is some program on my computer looking for cheat or smth please help me Support Team then let me fix the problem. Because I cant play my friends right now. My cases looks resolved but there is no answer or something ? Can some one help me ?
