If you think you've been wrongfully banned you can contact EA.
If you've received an Apex Legends ban make sure you choose Apex Legends when you're asked for the product.
If your EA Account has been banned select Origin as the product.
Please get back to me if you experience any issues with this.

My mistake @Wereshark24. I see you've already contacted EA.
Unfortunately there's not much that can be done if they have "confirmed" you were involved in cheating.
The best way to change that would be to post some foolproof evidence that you were not involved in cheating. If you cannot provide this then I'm afraid you most likely will have to say goodbye to your Apex Legends account.

@CompleatBeethi well i already did a stream (on discord) about saying goodbye to my apex account (few hours after this posted) and my grinding getting 100 apex packs which ended with 67 packs and i open it all with my friends on discord (and irl) they still think my ban is just absurd and unjustified since they know me before apex and i been playing games fairly since thats like common sense for multiplayer games and apex is pretty much the first ever game i got banned (and banned falsely) and a friend even trying to contact hideouts (aka conor ford the apex security expert) but no response from him but like you said its pretty unfortunate that they "confirmed" me cheating even tho i still think this must be a mistake (likely false positive) i just want information about how i got into this situation in the first place because again i never do exploits,cheating etc if i were cheating i'd get banned on other game. but as for now i been playing some new and old games such as valorant,overwatch and pubg as alternative for playing apex.
i have to say thanks apex legends for giving me good memory,moments and gaining some new friends along my journey until now which is my end (and i wont be making an alt to play this game again because im done with this game)
