Packet loss

Anyone constantly deals with packet loss last season was bad now with the new update it's almost unplayable tried other games like valorant,pubg,warzone and elden ring no issues when I'm online in those games it's only apex every single time I'm on Xbox use a Ethernet cord am the only one on my network and contacted my ISP to replace the cables from outside my house and still I'm having issues at this point it's apex 100% some games no issues other times the majority it's unplayable

    I can't even get the game to load since the update I've already restarted the game 3 times and only get a little further through all the popups.. right now I'm stuck at the hold to acknowledge the rank reset with it not registering that I'm even holding the button
