Got banned
Guys im crying over here as i got banned for just saying <removed> to a random guy using the text to voice thingy. ☹️ i got a permanent ban where ir should be a temp one. Is there anyway to get my account back instead of making a new one? I have spent a lottttt of money on this game and i love it so much ☹️ i wish they can appeal on my ban or give me one last chance. I did an appeal last week but no success

Regarding the action itself, only our Terms of Service team can review appeals.
If you've just appealed the one time, you're welcome to submit a new appeal and another member of our ToS team will take a look.
If they've already completed multiple reviews and declined to remove the action, I'm afraid that would be final and not something we'll be able to change either.
