[Guide] How To Find Your Platform Purchases
I've seen this question being asked recently, so I've thought I'd write up a guide to help!
Before we begin, this guide is to help find your platform purchases, (such as your Apex Coins purchases). This guide is not for finding purchases made in the in-game store, (such as purchases made on cosmetics, Heirlooms, events, etc.)
Note: For the best results, (and ease of access) on Console, follow these steps in your browser.
EA App:
1) Open the EA App
2) In the top right, click on your username
3) Click on "Settings" in the drop-down menu
4) Click on "manage", (you will see this in the center of the launcher, under "My Profile", (this will open up your EA Account in a webpage in your browser)
5) In the open webpage, click on "Order History", (it may ask you to verify your identity if you have 2-step enabled), and then select the time frame you're looking for using the drop down towards the top right.
You can also sign-in directly here: https://www.ea.com/ and then navigate to your settings page by clicking on the profile icon in the top right, then clicking on "Settings" from the drop down window, and then follow step 5.
Steam:
2) Click on "Settings"
3) Click on "Account Details" in the first tab
4) Click on "View Purchase History" in the first tab
You can also sign-in directly here: https://store.steampowered.com/ and then click on your username in the top right, then click on "Account Details: <YourUsername>" from the drop down window, and then follow step 4.
Epic Games:
2) Click on "Account" from the drop down, (this will open up your Epic Games account in a webpage in your browser)
3) In the open webpage, click on "Transactions", and all your purchases will be there, (but only so many fit on the page, so you would have to keep clicking on "show more")
You can also sign-in directly here: https://store.epicgames.com and then navigate to your settings page by clicking on your profile in the top right, then clicking on "Account" from the drop down window, and then follow step 3.
Xbox:
In Browser:
1) Sign into your Xbox account online at https://www.xbox.com, (or your Microsoft account at https://www.microsoft.com)
