Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

My EA account was previously hacked, and I managed to recover it with the help of EA Support; however, upon regaining access, I discovered that the account had been banned. When checking the "Connected Accounts" section, I found a PlayStation account (Antraxsit)—which does not belong to me—linked to my EA account. I have submitted appeals multiple times and explained the situation to the Terms of Service (TOS) team, but the outcome remained the same: they denied the appeals. I also contacted EA Support, but they were unable to unlink the account because my EA account is currently under a ban sanction.
