Haven’t received Apex Coins from Editions purchased. Missing 4,600 Coins
I had purchased multiple Editions for the game which were supposed to come with Apex Coins that of which I’ve never received (as stated above)
- Champion Edition (1,000)
- Gibraltar Edition (1,000)
- Pathfinder Edition (1,000)
- Octane Edition (1,000)
- Legacy Pack (600)
I have provided pictures of transaction information needed to EA support.
I got the Skins from them just not the Coins and have reported to EA Support team which then instructed me to wait 24 hours and if it isn’t fixed ask PSN Support which I did who then told me that this is an EA problem.
EA support then told me that this is an on-going problem with multiple other players, but I have yet to find anyone else report about having this problem.
I had recently linked my PSN to this account beforehand so I believed it to be a syncing issue, but EA continues to assure me that “nothing is wrong” with my account yet every solution they have given me to try and fix this has failed. I had seen a similar post such as this in the forums from 2019 which has gotten resolved so I am hoping posting about it will get mine resolved aswell. To anyone else facing this problem I urge you to speak out as I fear this may be an isolated issue affected only towards me. It has been more over a week since this problem has occurred and am hoping it will be resolved soon.
