Having 2 different accounts have the same apex items

An account was made Thu my steam with it's own EA ID and that account was hacked, since I only launched the game (apex) from steam and never opened the account I didn't notice the email change, it us...

Sorry to say @Thekilerguy but if you are unable to verify account ownership then there would be nothing that our team could do to assist you.

Only the account owner can gain access to or make any changes to an account.

Hey @Thekilerguy did you appeal the ban with our TOS team at any stage?

Yes, I've appealed the ban on the main account and I've made 2 casses about the issue and nothing changed, still can't play apex, It gives me the message "client game account is banned" the ea support agent was just as confused as me
As for the mini account I don't fully have access to that one is still banned but I can't make a ban appeal case on it since Its not my email on the account

    I've tried to, I guess? I did make a case that was shut down and I did also try to claim ownership over the account to get it unbanned but I can't see enough of the account to prove ownership, all I have is the date it was created which is the day I was hacked, the password, and 3 purchase IDs I could get from steam which I don't think would be a reasonable amount of information. So the live chat to get ownership also failed. That's why I'm here, it's a last ditch effort to see if I may have missed something that I could use to solve this situation
