having issues with apex legends

I reinstalled apex legends then opened it. It made me log back in which I did then I got in after a very laggy loading screen and now I can't Press any of the buttons the character is teleporting around the lobby. I am not able to click on settings to change anything.what do I do?

Pls help EA
