Heavy Stuttering in the main menu after update

Since the game updated on tuesday Im having super heavy stuttering when the game goes to the main menu. It is when the games starts or when I finished a match. After like 15 seconds it goes away and the game runs smoothly.

Is anybody else with the same issue? At first I thought it could be the servers due to the update, but it has been 2 days already and it didnt fixed itself.
