heirloom miss

am have problem with my account am have open more than 1000 packs In multiple periods without events packs from season 1 to now without season 19 and am just take 1 heriloom'shards  and the 2nd am  didn't have it yet
and was have track my packs with apex legends status (packs calculator) and am sure about the 1000 packs with the old level system when am reach level 500 max then am was take some packs
and i  take my last heirloom when i complete first 500 packs 
and i completed the another 500 without events packs
and am take 4150 hours in the game and am  just wanna know when am well get my 2nd heirloom

    @AL3X_NINJA the giving of shards on the opening of 500 packs is automatic. It is often the case that players have not opened enough packs.

    There are 3rd party sites that can give you a rough idea of where you are in the countdown to your heirloom, like the one below, which you have used

    The new level cap in Apex Legends is effectively 2000. You can loop through levels 1-500 4 times.

    The total number of packs you can now earn, through leveling up to 2000, is 544 packs. That is a guaranteed heirloom.

    Fyi for heirloom purposes, Thematic packs are the same as Apex packs, they count towards the 500 pack heirloom guarantee, while Collection event packs are different, as they just count towards the collection event reward and not towards the heirloom gurantee.

    Recently published Heirloom Shard drop rates indicate an actual drop rate percentage of 0.045%.
