[Help!] Consistent Packet Loss (Intermittent)

Consistent Intermittent Packet Loss

(I play apex and will get 2-14%+ packet loss, making the gaming experience not very smooth for competitive)

--> the only thing that temporarily fixes it, is flushing my DNS. Doing this a few times and restarting the games a couple times usually does the trick; but then it will come back later in the same gaming session.

I've tried my ISP's DNS, Google's DNS, Cloudflare's DNS, and Open DNS' DNS. All the same.

I have done everything in Zeel's guide here multiple times:

https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Season-5-Zeel-s-in-depth-Troubleshooting-Guide/m-p/8310218/highlight/true#M72354

Power cycle your network devices

- Flushing DNS

- Opening Ports

- Using A GPN or VPN

- Packet loss tests (4 different web based ones) + a powershell based test. All return 0%

- Ran Xfinity (ISP) tests: Everything looks good on their end

- Had a tech test in house connection via coaxial: everything good

I've also tried IvP6, and it makes no difference.

Using Arris SB6190 Modem & ASUS RT3100 & ASUS AX58U routers. Hardwired in with a Cat8 heavy duty burial ethernet cable.

(The same Cat8 used for modem to router, and router to desktop)

- I've also tried using a different cat8 and the experience is the same)

Please help
