Re: PLS Help !!! My progress from 2020 was missing, after i got hacked

This is my second discussion about my account.
Quick TLDR, my ea account was hacked, and i got it back, for unknown reason, my steam got unlinked when i got my ea acc back, so i have to relink it to steam again, and when i try to log in apex, my progres was lost. My acc went back to level 17 by the time i logged in.

 i have been playing since S4 of apex, and last time playing apex before my acc got hacked was January 2025, i really- really have no clue what happened to my acc, in my last thread i got told that my acc maybe got banned or my progress got lost because of the cross-progressing, and i don't think i have cross-progressing issue, because i only play on pc, never been played on console, not even once.

Can the dev do something abt this ?, i still have my footage of my gameplay in that account, but i don't think a mere gameplay could be helpfull, i still love the game, and i will still playing it ( even now i still play the resetted account) but i really-really want my old account back, bcs not only the achievement from S4, i also spent a lot of money, and i miss my heirloom, skins, etc. 

can you guys at least track my acc, i will give all the information i remember about my acc.

I also still have my purchase history from steam if it can help. Please, i really need my acc back....

    Hey ParadoXyze​,

    While I understand it certainly wasn't your intention for the Steam account to be unlinked, whenever an unlink takes place it can result in a permanent loss of game progress.

    The only way to try recovering that progress is to re-link the original accounts. I'm afraid this cannot be done manually. If you've already re-linked your original Steam account to the original EA account where that progress was made and no progress has returned, unfortunately that would mean it's been permanently lost as outlined in the link above.

    When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress won’t transfer over.

    That means you’ll permanently lose access to:

    • games and game progress
    • DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
    • memberships and subscriptions
    • in-game purchases.

    Unlinking risks for Apex players

    If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.

    Instead of unlinking and relinking a platform account you play Apex on, we recommend starting fresh on a new account.
