help to fix CE-34224-5

If people have had the error code CE-34224-5 on playstation 4, how did they make it work again. I have tried deleting the game, initialise is and restore licences and it still says the same?

I've done that, they even made me replace my HDD and it didn't solved the issue.
They ran out of ideias and told me to contact you.
Rob, from your customer service sent me back to them...
I just bought the digital game F1 2021 and now i can't have my money back neither play the game (because it worked once, they won't refund...)
what do I do??
