    You could try to do a power cycle:

    1. Completely turn off your PlayStation
    2. Wait until the power indicator light stops blinking and unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
    3. Wait approximately 30 seconds and plug the power cord back into the console
    4. Turn on your PS4 and try to see if this fixed the issue.

    And also a try to rebuild database:

    1. Turn off PS4 completely
    2. Hold power button until you hear 2 beeps (this alert that you entering safe mode)
    3. Connect your controller using the usb slot in the front.
    4. Scroll down and press "Rebuild Database"

    if above don't work you could try to do a network reset;

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Scroll down to "Initialization" and press this
    3. Press on "Restore Default Settings"
    4. Press on "Restore"  and then "Yes"

    Please let me know if any of these steps worked.
