You could try to do a power cycle:
- Completely turn off your PlayStation
- Wait until the power indicator light stops blinking and unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds and plug the power cord back into the console
- Turn on your PS4 and try to see if this fixed the issue.
And also a try to rebuild database:
- Turn off PS4 completely
- Hold power button until you hear 2 beeps (this alert that you entering safe mode)
- Connect your controller using the usb slot in the front.
- Scroll down and press "Rebuild Database"
if above don't work you could try to do a network reset;
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to "Initialization" and press this
- Press on "Restore Default Settings"
- Press on "Restore" and then "Yes"
Please let me know if any of these steps worked.
