High and Inconsistent ping in Ranked Apex Legends

I play on the Bahrain servers on a ps5, and I live in Oman. As of late, I have been getting inconsistent and high ping in ranked. I should be getting 20 ping, and that's what it tells me I would get on the menu, and that's what I got before. I also get 20 ping on other games like Fortnite, Rocket League. 

However, now, I get 200 ping with packet loss, and occasionally, in some games, it gets better, and I get 120-150 ping. This is the case even on other servers I tried to play on such as Belgium. The high ping seems to come back once in every three games or so.

I hope you can suggest ways to fix this issue, as it's really hard to play on this ping.
