High fps but not smooth. Laggy/stutter

Hello everyone, im having an issue with the game. When i look around and move the mouse game starts to lag. I tried many things like changing v-sync to on etc. I have a only 120hz laptop with i7 10750h gtx 1650ti 16gb ram and ssd+hdd. Something is probably wrong with the game. Any fix for this problem ? My fps is going between 65-120.

Note:English is not my native Language sorry for that if you didn't understand what i am saying.

  • What worked for me was lowering the "report rate" Hz for my mouse. Set it at 250Hz or less. Mine was at 1,000, and despite my PC being very powerful my screen was skipping when looking around. Lowering it solved it right away.

  • So this is what worked for me.

    1) Change audio settings to DVD quality 16 Bit 48000 Hz (Control Panel/Sound/Playback (locate your default speakers double click it and then Advanced )

    2) Disable G-sync/Free-Sync

    3) I limited my FPS via launch options +fps_max 144 (change to your monitor refresh rate) but not higher then 188

    4) Nvidia Reflex Should be just Enable (no boost) same for the AMD equivalent

    5) Test with V-sync ON and OFF see what's better for you

    Hope this will help
