High latency/ping on Apex Legends

I've experimented with various approaches, including attempting to connect using different DNS servers and experimenting with different data centers in Singapore. Occasionally, I achieve a reasonably low ping, typically ranging from 70 to 80, but this outcome is only occurring in roughly one out of every ten matches. I've explored multiple DNS options, such as Google DNS (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1).In the firing range, I'm experiencing a ping of 180 to 190, but when I play in-game, particularly in ranked or pubs matches, my ping consistently exceeds 250.
Please Help me with this situation
