High Ping And Code:Shoe

To preface this I play on Sydney servers usually, however, when I want to play comp I have to try either playing on servers like Singapore, Tokyo, or Oregon. Recently when trying to play ranked I have consistently ran into games that are over 500 ping, I can sometimes get a few games that are at normal ping for playing on these servers (120-180) but after that I get games that are consistently in excess of 500. When I play normal trios the ping is less but still not as good as I used to get. Any help at all would be appreciated.
