High ping and packet loss
Hi I found issue High Ping and Loss to Japan server over PS4

If you have a modern router with a lot of automatic functions, consider splitting the signals and using 2.4G / 5G with the least amount of connections to it, the more devices on the wifi will slow down the amount of packets you will recieve, as there will be a lot of data trying to communicate with your router. The best solution would be to wire straight into the modem if applicable.
Otherwise, try and cut down how many devices are on the wifi and see if that helps.
