high ping on Apex legends

hi i have a huge problem wwith ping always +350 ping in all eu servers i can't play the game i tried it on steam and ea app but still the same im using wirless connection i can't use cable the router too far from my room anyway i have fiber optic connection up to 100/s mega i used ultima online tracer utility with easo.ea.com host and it's good no paket loss and ping is 37 i used to have 50/65 ping in game but now every time it's +350 i need help please i tried my brother pc and it's the same result my friend with wired connection have the same issue sometimes but not alwways as me .. litteraly cant play the game .. help me please .
