Here are uotrace for the ip you mentioned and also for the server that i usually i play on (singapore gce1). In singapore it stops tracing warning max hops reached

Community ManagerCan you run the test again and make sure to send 100 packets? Even with only sending several packets, you're getting packet loss and very high ping times well before you reach our test server. That would indicate this is an issue with your ISP. Try running the test again and send 100 packets so we can get some more accurate results. Thanks!
