After not playing for a long time, my Apex account has become level 1.

Question

I have been playing Apex for about 2 years. It's a great game. But in 2022, I stopped playing it due to personal reasons. Recently, because I have some free time, I plan to come back and play it again. But when I logged in, I found that my account had become a 1-star legacy item and all the skins were gone. I originally thought it was a problem with Steam, so I downloaded the Apex client from EA, but when I logged in again, I found that I was still at level 1 with nothing. G91lit​ In October of 2023 to around April/May of 2024, Cross-Progression was being rolled out, (and I believe only active accounts, (and accounts that haven't been banned before), were included in the Cross-Progression).

I'm absolutely sure that my account is fine. I even played the season where we fought the spider beasts on the island map. If the timing didn't match up, I was very happy to reach diamond level and even took some photos at that time.

G91lit​ The only thing I can think of is that you may be logging into the wrong EA Account.You can try contacting EA Support about the issue to see if they are able to help you.
