Higher average FPS on second account than first

I've been playing Season 7 on Steam and am enjoying it so far, but I've been encountering lower FPS overall, especially noticeable in the lobby menu where it runs at a choppy 24fps on my first accoun...

Bumping this post with an update, I reinstalled Windows 10 and reinstalled Apex Legends, not much difference at all. Main account lobby FPS is sitting at ~25FPS but second account is sitting at 70+FPS.

Hey, would I be right to guess the account with the lower FPS has a lot more friends?

There's an issue where a large friends list is affecting lobby performance. A patch was released that did help with it for a lot of folks, but for some, the issue persists.
