Which datacenter are you playing on? Does switching datacenters make any difference?

I play on the South Carolina server as I live in Georgia. It does not make a difference which server I play on, if anything it's worse whenever I switch to a different server. I've reset my internet, disconnected from the wifi on my PS5, turned the console on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it has not changed anything.
Ur not the only one here, im having the same issue too and im on ps5, it has happened since the update of s13 cuz when it was s12 it was pretty fine, they gotta patch this up cuz seriously its so annoying whenever turning around

Have you been seeing any of the other in-game performance icons popping up in-game when the ping starts spiking?
No, no icons appear. Just my ping fluttering between numbers really fast whenever I move my character.

I am playing on the laptop. After S13 install having ping spikes issues and twitching/stuttering in the game. Ping is different in the game (up to 70) then highlighted in the main menu (25-27). Very annoying and making impossible to play at some points.
Temperature around 85 (max 90).
