Consistent Packet Loss starting today (PC)

I have had some ping and latency / prediction error issues for a few weeks now since coming back. Did not do any updates, router did not update, etc and I hop on today and no matter if I am in firing range, in private match, or in ranked (which is somehow even worse now with the packet loss), I consistently get 57 packet loss. If I tab out, the packet loss goes to 0, and when I tab back in it shoots back up to 57. I have unlimited data thru fiber internet / ethernet.

 There is no damage or anything. What is causing this persistent packet loss??? I have attached a screenshot.

Other Info: PC, updated drivers, ethernet connection, 2 up 2 download fiber speed, no packet loss on any game or testing platform. Have not changed a thing since yesterday when I played fine. It happens on every server and no updates have happened to my router, game, or PC since.
