Horrible stuttering

@TheProSlayerr21 Are you noticing frame drops when this happens? Are you seeing any of the connection symbols pop up?

    There is no frame drops and it's definitely not my connection. I run a LAN cable with 1000mps speed. I think its something with my video settings but I can't quite figure it out.

      @TheProSlayerr21 Just to check turning most features off and going to low settings, does it have the same performance?

        Your recommending a game that is 2 years old with the NEWEST HARDWARE to set his settings to the lowest possible settings.....

        The support here is actually hilariously trash.

        worse yet, I see most of the staff just telling you to google it and come back with the answers for them.
