If you log into your EA account page below, do you see your PSN account in the Connections section?
If not, that would mean it's currently linked to a different EA account. You can find out which one using your PSN account information.
If you head over to this page under the section I can't access my email address > I have a linked account, you'll have some steps to log in with your PlayStation account info instead. That will take you to the EA account linked with that PlayStation account.
