@EA_Kent Please fix this, ive gone through the stages of account recovery and can not get a DEAD email back, the person is gone along with the hopes of answering the security questions also. know the account email etc and can not move forward, playing on a smurf when ive hit diamond in season 2 and have countless time spent, pretty ridiculous ive reached out to support for help on this issue and no avail and you here cant fix a simple issue by either letting the xbox app run the game on pc or starting from base one.

I'm afraid I can't really help with account issues myself. That's something the EA Help team would need to handle.
If they weren't able to verify the account it may not be possible to recover it without the required info. If there's anything else you can provide I can only recommend following up with the EA Help team and letting them know.
