How to change the language of APEX in EA Desktop?

There used to be a way to change it when I was using Origin. But it seems there is no such option in EA Desktop. Is there any way can change the language setting in EA Desktop? I don't want to downlo...

    @YH-Lamy During the install process there is an option for language. If you selected one and need to change it once installed I do not believe their is currently an option to do so.

That worked, but now I need to re-download 60GB... 

Origin was capable of this.

Please add the option to change languages for installed games in the EA App now that you force people to use it over Origin. 

I changed my language and chose "repair" but it didn't work. I know it has to re-download a few things after changing, so it cannot just be a "-lang en" parameter, but I feel like this is a very basic feature many of us miss.
