Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

2 days ago i logged onto Apex for the first time in around 7 days. A week and 2 days ago my account got compromised, the email had been changed btu i worked with EA support to get my account back. I didn't play apex until 2 days ago when I tried to open the game and i was instantly banned for using gameplay enhancement. Except I didn't even know what gameplay enhancement was until then, and I also didn't use it. I sent two appeal, and they were both denied with the same ai generated response, and now im genuinely upset because i just started playing, and I spent 40 hours getting to ranked, and I don't plan to make a new account to do all that **bleep** any time soon, so is there anything I can do?

If anyone responds, do not ask me to appeal, i have done so 3 times and recived the same ai response. I need to speak to a human, ive been at this for 3 days.
