I have downloaded the ea app when it first can out and I choose English for the language but my game was in Japanese when the download started and now I can’t get my game to start in English and I can’t use all the new features on season 16 now bc I can’t read what I’m clicking on. There should be a way for everyone to change the purpose of language in the EA app. Now I’m going to have to uninstall the game and the app just to get my game back to English for me to do this is really inconvenient for me to have to wait such a long time to play the last time I uninstalled it took three days for it to download all the way and that was with origin I like the ea app it runs better but I don’t have as much settings preference to change the language.
I have the same problem!!!!!! My game is now permanently in Japanese but I can't change it back to English! I don't understand why we can do it in Origin but not in EA App even though now it is mandatory to use EA App 🤷♀️
