How to delete a game that doesn't show up in my library

I was attempting to download Apex Legends, and the download got up to "finalizing," sat there for about 10 minutes (on multiple occasions) and fails. I get the notice that "The VC++ Runtime Redistributable Package Was not installed correctly. Setup cannot continue." I try to start the download over from scratch, but it goes straight to finalizing. The game isnti showing up in my library and i can't find the games download information anywhere in my PC files. Is there any fix for this?

yo my game won't show up in game library no evidence where the game is and I cant delete it did you get another reply

Are you having the same issue as the op @lightbbulb or is it a different one?

Do you see an error of any kind when you open Origin?

If you have downloaded the game did you let it install after? If so can you check your filter settings in My Game Library and ensure that you have not filtered your results.
