How can I fix this packet loss? It only happens to me in this game and I have already followed your connection guide and it is still the same..

Community ManagerPower cycle your router and PC and then connect the two with a cable rather than via Wi-Fi.
Switching to google or other DNS may also help:

The nuclear option is to change internet provider.
