Uninstalled Visual C+++ 2017 completely.

Reinstalled the 2010/2015 versions and restarted.

Samsung SSD, Rapid mode is not enabled.

Memory read crashing still persists.

Win7 Ultimate

GTX 1060 6GB

i3 8350k

16GB DDR4 RAM
