How to speak with support
I've been trying to contact support about a lost game (shows on origin but not ea app)
I created a ticket, they replied. Then I replied via email but that creates a new ticket and we are back to square 1.
Going into the website there is no chat or anything on the case. Clicking resume prompts me to create a new case.
And the live chat doesn't load.
What is there to do?
