Sorry I need your in-game stats to confirm everything is working properly while gaming.
As The_Tibber said updating your drivers may work but you just formatted your PC so I assume you had the latest drivers. If so, install previous drivers to see if anything changes.
A PC format would only install legacy or stock drivers not the latest ones as it just does not work like that. 🙂

Some people dont know that you need to get those kind of drivers from the manufacturer website and just rely on Windows update xD
