Yeah, I get crashes about 5x every 2-3 hours of play. Not to mention the lag for the first 5-8 minutes of some games. They fixed this way back in the beginning of Apex but I guess they just dont have a good QA team.

Try to open VPN on your router.
I am having a horrible time connecting to the servers and when I do connect I experience the worst connection I have ever had playing this game. To the point where I can’t move or play properly. Please fix this issue because it’s getting annoying not being able to ply the game.

I had no lag at all during Season 3. Now I have lag since the update started.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? First off, Major lagging as soon as I boot the game up. When I ready Up sometimes it’ll skip me getting to select a legend, and the screen is black until ground level. I might be able to pick up a gun, but by then the game completely freezes, and I can wait 5 minutes, still frozen. So eventually I just close the App.
What should be happening instead? Me playing apex without crashing and lagging.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have plenty of clips.

- @HawkeyeJk47 I’m having the same problem. No issues with connection until season 4 dropped and now I lag out of 50% of my matches

What happens when the bug occurs? The game hitches and lags. I see packet lost. Makes the game unplayable. Saddest part to me is you guys don’t even acknowledge there is an issue. At least a twitter or reddit post would be amazing. I am a software engineer and we always make sure we tell our users that we are at least working on the issue when it is critical like this.

Gig down speeds and Xbox one s. Worst frame loss, and lag I've ever seen. Never lagged this bad. The game is unplayable right now. When I get shot, I literally lose the ability to move around or evade. When an enemy is within 25 meters of me my frames drop to less than 30. The only positive is that I get Snipes that I know for a fact would have never hit if my connection was working properly.
- @cdub19891989 I’m in CS too, just not a software engineer. However, they devs have given up completely. It’s been a year and counting since players haven’t had their situations remedied. It’s infuriating and depressing knowing that one of the biggest video game companies (who I’ve been loyal to since having been birthed from my mother’s womb), can’t even properly maintain stable servers or eliminate packet loss.
