Huge Ping Spikes/ Game Freezing

Since season 10 I've been having really bad ping and lag spikes, mostly when there are enemies nearby, to the point that in the middle of a fight I only see things like a slide show. So, the game is almost unplayable at times.

That happens in every server I play on. 

I have a really good internet connection, cabled, around 250MB.

There are no significant FPS drops.

I've verified the files.

I've installed the game on Origin to see if the problem was Steam, but the problem persisted.

    @EA_Atic Hello, I am facing this issue since s11 I didn't have to get ping above 90 till s10, but now my ping is always above 220 also I have very much packet loss please help me I am waiting for your reply sir!
    Also my ID is alyaws above 100 My game laggs verry hard please fix this If u need my game id tell me or if u wanna see the proof I can send u a video of my play to show how bad it lags plese help I am really tired I cant play rank due to this issue.

    @EA_Atic I also have contacted my ISP provider but he tells There is no issue fron their side also I have 50mbps fibre net so he told me to contact community manager of the game pleasde help!

    plzz help me i have good internet nut iam freezing and my ping jumping from 30 to 120 in one sec and make me lagging in game i tried evrything and didint work. idk what i do
