I am not able to buy apex coins

    Hey @Mr_Meiners, 

    If this error is still coming up, and you're not using any sort of VPN at the moment, I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. They may be able to see why the transaction isn't going through. 

    For more information on how to contact them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Facebook or Twitter as well.

I get an error message that states my action could not be processed, my banking information is correct, and I've bought apex coins in the past with the same card.

The message I get: Your action cannot be processed
em.ext.10027
