I cant get passed the account email on the switch

we created an account for my son but it wont let me passed the point were you enter your EA email  we have download the game on the Nintendo Switch  Thanks

    Thank you we sorted it, we just left it for a day or so and the next time we went back, it had seem to have sorted itself
