Unfortunately I don't have another account. Does this sound like something I should make a ticket for? I wasn't sure if forums or ticket was the best approach on this problem.

Community ManagerIt's really up to your preference. Answers HQ is a place where players can help each other with questions, but if you'd prefer speaking to the EA Help team you're welcome to make a case with them instead.
That said, I'm really unsure as to what could be causing this to happen. I'll reach out and see if I can find out anything more on this.
