Hey @acajaf,

If you're not seeing your EA Play charms in-game, our support team will need to take a look over the account as we're unable to make any changes via the forums.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > Apex Legends > I'm looking for something I bought or I'm looking for something I earned, either of those options should be relevant to your situation and let you get in touch with support so they can assist further.
