I did not receive my battlepass completion rewards for season 9.

I didn't receive my battlepass completion rewards for season 9 how can I get them ? I had the premium and made it to full completion. And when I updated this season I didn't receive the rewards.

ME TOO. The fact that you've gone a week without getting answers just makes me think they really don't care cuz obviously they have our money already why care?? Anyway i have the same issue EAHelp really sucks, they outsourced it to people who think I'm talking about fortnite (LOL) big yikes
